Single Bedroom in 60 Bed (Park), 126 Bed (Tower), 294 Bed (Ring Road) or 106 Bed (South Tower)

All 4 buildings are co-ed with single occupancy bedrooms that are approximately 10' x 11' (110 sq ft) or 3.0m x 3.3m (10.2m²).

There are 24 one bedroom/bachelor dormitory apartments - approx 28’ x 28’ (784 sq ft)  or 8.5m x  8.5m (72.25 m²).

Washrooms are separate rooms (not stalls) with one room having a shower and another room equipped with a toilet and sink.
