Meeting Rooms

The University of Victoria offers a multitude of classrooms, concert halls and lecture theatres. While mostly used for academic purposes, some spaces are available for non-academic groups to reserve. There are multiple computer-equipped classrooms with audio/visual capabilities and a drop-in area located in three main student computing facilities where either individual classrooms or the entire facility may be rented. Degrees Catering operates the Cadboro Commons Conference Centre, which has seven meeting rooms that fit anywhere from 12 to 135 people September to April, and up to 1000 people May through August. Whether you're planning a conference or wedding, office party or an intimate gathering with friends, Degrees can assist with all aspects of your special event.
